The key to proper ventilation in over-sized baths is spot ventilation at the source. Fantech has developed its Premium Bath fans so that one fan motor can effectively ventilate several areas of the bath. Small 7" ceiling grilles (with or without lights) can be easily positioned directly over showers, whirlpool tubs, steam showers, toilet or vanity. The fan motor is installed away from the living area for super quiet operation.
